Rod & Gun Legacy is a membership community dedicated to connecting landowners, outdoor enthusiasts, and those who believe in ethical stewardship of the land. We provide tools and resources for buying land, generating income from land, securing hunting and fishing access, and preserving land for future generations.
Our community includes landowners looking to steward their property, hunters and anglers seeking private land access, families wanting outdoor experiences, investors interested in land preservation, and anyone committed to building a lasting legacy through ethical land use.
No, Rod & Gun Legacy is not a licensed real estate broker. We are a membership community that connects members with land opportunities and resources. Any real estate transactions are conducted between parties with appropriate licensed professionals.
Membership
We offer three membership levels: Scout (free) for those beginning their journey, Steward ($199/year) for committed landowners and users, and Legacy ($499/year) for serious investors and protectors. Each level offers increasing access to land opportunities, tools, and community benefits.
Yes! You can upgrade your membership at any time through your account settings. When you upgrade, you'll receive a prorated credit for the time remaining on your current membership level.
You can cancel your membership anytime through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Your membership benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for early cancellation.
Land Access
LeaseScout™ connects members seeking hunting and fishing access with landowners offering lease opportunities. As a member, you can browse available properties, contact landowners, and arrange access agreements directly. We facilitate the connection but are not party to any lease agreements.
We work to ensure listings are accurate, but we recommend conducting your own due diligence before any transaction. Listings are provided for informational purposes. Always verify property details, boundaries, and legal status with qualified professionals.
Billing & Payments
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Membership fees are non-refundable. However, if you're unsatisfied within the first 30 days, contact our support team and we'll work with you to address any concerns or consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
Account & Login
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.
Log in to your account and navigate to Settings > Profile. From there, you can update your personal information, email address, password, and communication preferences.
